I created this therapy log for my child who was in both public education speech therapy and private speech therapy. It helped communication between both providers and myself (the parent) and also allowed me to track home practice!

You can easily add your child or client’s name to the chart manually or you can edit the file within Corjl, a free online software! When you edit in Corjl you will only be able to add your child’s/client’s name/month to the top of the chart. You will not be able to manipulate any of the other text or images in the design.
